See how we care about our patients’ safety during the pandemic

As of May 4, we have reopened our Clinic for patients. Before that, we were working online only, but in the meantime we were preparing our personnel and premises for the new rules imposed by the epidemic status. The changes we have implemented are related to our work organization and the procedures of seeing our patients. We want to ensure the most stringent safety standards; therefore, if you are interested, please read the information about the new rules in place at the Clinic.

Maximum level of safety
It is our intention to care about the safety of our patients and our personnel; hence, we follow the recommendations issued by the Ministry of Health and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate. We also follow the guidelines of the Polish Society of Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine and the Polish Medical Associations, which were published with respect to the epidemic status in Poland. We have fitted our premises with anti-SARS filters. They provide one full air change every hour. We regularly disinfect all surfaces, equipment items and door handles at doctors’ offices. The disinfection procedures cover the bathroom as well. Our doctors and assistants proceeding with treatments wear such disposable hygienic items as face masks, face shields, safety goggles and aprons. Every procedure is carried out with the use of sterile gloves and masks covering the mouth and nose.

Recommendations for patients
We make every effort to comply with the applicable safety procedures. We also call our patients to follow the instructions aimed to prevent infections among other patients and personnel. We carry out a brief epidemiological interview at the time of registration. If the result is positive, we confirm the appointment at the Clinic. Otherwise, we will suggest a different date and offer additional advice. We do not shake hands at the beginning or at the end of any meeting. Every patient’s body temperature will be measured at entry. We offer a hand disinfection product as well. Please do not come to your appointment if your body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees Celsius and/or if you have such symptoms as coughing, runny nose or breathing difficulty. We have been offering electronic payment options for the procedures at our Clinic for a long time. We encourage patients to use these options during this special period, not just for their convenience but mainly for safety reasons.
You are kindly requested to come to your appointments without anyone accompanying you. If you have to come with a company, you will be let in by yourself and the person accompanying you will wait outside (we offer proper conditions for the waiting time). The work organization at the Clinic is designed to prevent patient-to-patient meetings between appointments; therefore, you are kindly requested to come on time.
Psychiatric consultancy is still available online, and we encourage our patients to choose this option. Patients who have had a procedure at our Clinic can call a doctor on a 24-hour basis, by phone or messenger.
