We are introducing some new procedures because we care a lot about our patients

Due to the epidemic hazard caused by propagation of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in Poland, we have made certain changes to our patient admission rules and the work organization at our Clinic. Doctors and patients come into close contact during treatments; therefore, we strive to comply with the most stringent safety standards in order to minimize the risk of infection. Please read about the new rules in place at the Clinic.

The new standards at our Clinic
- for reason of the epidemic state in Poland, we carry out all our treatments under a stronger safety and hygiene regime. We follow the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate. Furthermore, we consider the recommendations of the Polish Society of Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine and the Polish Medical Associations.
- we have appropriate anti-SARS filters installed at our offices, which provide 100% air exchange in one hour.
- we disinfect every doctor’s office carefully after every appointment. The disinfection process covers the surfaces, equipment items and door handles. We follow stringent sanitary rules on other premises, which were not covered by sterility requirements before.
- our personnel wear face shields, aprons, face masks and safety gloves. We use disposable means of protection so that every patient can be received in antiseptic conditions.
- we limit physical contact with patients to the necessary minimum, and we do not shake hands at the beginning or end of our meetings.

Safety rules for patients coming to their appointments at the Clinic
- the Clinic is now offering a full range of treatments. To make an appointment, you need to call us at +48 517 535 878. Psychiatric consultancy is still available online, and we encourage patients to choose this option.
- please come on time. The work at our Clinic is organized with a view to minimize patient to patient contact; therefore, it is important that you come on time for your treatment or appointment.
- we carry out a brief epidemiological interview at the time of registration. Every patient’s body temperature is measured before they enter the Clinic.
- only patients are allowed inside the Clinic. Please do not take any company along with you. If you do, the person accompanying you will have to stay outside throughout your appointment.
- we prefer non-cash payments. You can pay for your treatments with a card or phone.
- for the period following a treatment, patients can use our 24-hour phone service or online messenger service.

NOTE! Please do not come to an appointment at our Clinic if:
- your body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees Celsius,
- you have such symptoms as coughing, breathing difficulty, scratchy throat, runny nose, conjunctiva irritation;
- during the last 14 days, you had contact with a person exhibiting any of the above symptoms or with someone who was diagnosed with SARS-CoV2;
- you are in quarantine or under epidemiological supervision.
