In order to reserve your appointment, please pay a non-refundable consultation fee of PLN 400, which will be credited towards the visit. Once the deposit has been paid, the appointment may be rescheduled no later than within one month from the date of the originally scheduled visit.
Please make the payment within 48 hours of booking the appointment. Failure to make the payment will be understood as cancellation of the appointment.
