Gift voucher - 1000 PLN

The voucher has a defined value within which treatments may be performed at Dr Parda Aesthetic Medicine Clinic.

The voucher has a specified expiry date, with no possibility of extension.

When booking a treatment by phone at +48 517 535 878, please indicate that the payment method will be a Voucher.

The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change can be given from the voucher.

The voucher may be purchased directly at the Clinic or ordered by e-mail at: kontakt@drparda.com.pl

The fee for courier delivery of the Voucher is PLN 50. The voucher will be sent to the address provided in the order form after full payment has been received.
