The patient’s own fat tissue can now be used not only to restore volume, but also to regenerate and revitalize the skin. MICRO & NANOFAT transfer is a minimally invasive method that supports tissue repair and provides a natural effect visible immediately.

MICRO & NANOFAT fat grafting is the latest minimally invasive lipofilling method, meaning autologous fat transfer, developed according to the technique of Dr Mario Goisis from Milan, a globally recognised specialist in regenerative medicine. It was created for patients whose skin requires revitalisation, regeneration and targeted tissue restoration. MICRO & NANOFAT fat grafting makes it possible to perform lipotransfer in order to restore lost volume and regenerate the skin, thus providing an alternative to hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxyapatite or Sculptra.

This refined lipofilling technique involves harvesting adipose tissue from the patient, preparing it appropriately, and injecting it using a special cannula patented by Dr Goisis. The 2 mm cannula, with a blunt tip and six ports, provides better protection of fat cells against excessive damage during liposuction and shortens the time needed for fat harvesting, which ultimately allows for a faster, more effective procedure with minimal invasiveness.  The system is completely closed and does not require centrifugation, which guarantees minimised risk of complications and high procedural effectiveness.

The treatment is recommended once a year. To enhance and maintain the skin regeneration effects, we recommend monthly mesotherapy. The post-treatment effect is visible immediately. After the procedure, the patient may return to normal activity straight away, just as after hyaluronic acid filler treatments performed with a cannula. The entire procedure takes approximately 1 hour.
