Scalp mesotherapy

Hair loss is a common concern. Both men and women complain about it. Thinning hair may cause discomfort and reduce self-confidence. There are many ways to address hair loss – from supplementation and topical scalp lotions to hair transplantation. At our clinic, we use the latest regenerative and aesthetic medicine methods in the treatment of this problem. In some procedures, we use autologous preparations, meaning products obtained from the patient. Check the details below.

CGF treatment for hair loss

At Dr Parda Piaseczno, in the treatment of hair loss we offer, among others, procedures using concentrated growth factors (CGF) and stem cells. The preparation used during the procedure is obtained from the patient’s own blood. The treatment is safe and effectively supports tissue regeneration.

Before the procedure, we collect a small amount of blood from the patient, which is then processed in a special separator. This allows us to obtain a preparation rich in CGF and stem cells, the use of which is indicated, among other things, in the prevention of skin ageing and hair loss. We then administer it using mesotherapy. This involves multiple injections into the areas where hair thinning is most pronounced.

Effects of CGF treatment for hair loss

After a CGF procedure, the patient may feel tension in the injection area. This is caused by the release of growth factors, which act intensively on the tissues. The visible result of the treatment requires time, because the hair renewal cycle lasts about 3–4 months.

CGF treatments are effective in patients with hair loss, thinning hair, or hair in need of nourishment. These procedures may be used in androgenetic hair loss – both as a stand-alone method and as a complement to conventional therapy or hair transplantation. CGF treatments may also be performed in cases of alopecia areata. The therapy will not produce results in patients whose hair follicles have disappeared completely. That is why a prior consultation with a physician is important, so they can assess whether the patient qualifies for the procedure.

Other treatments for hair loss

At our clinic in Piaseczno near Warsaw, we also use methods such as:

  • treatment using a hair-strengthening and rebuilding complex: this is intended for patients with hair loss, greying, and loss of hair vitality. During the procedure, we use a preparation containing stabilised, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) 18 mg (6 mg/ml), amino acids, vitamins, zinc, and copper. A series of mesotherapy treatments using this complex helps inhibit hair loss and premature greying and accelerates hair growth. It also supports the rebuilding of hair follicles and the hair shaft. In addition, it strengthens, thickens, and densifies the hair. It also normalises sebum production, reduces itching and excessive oiliness, and has anti-inflammatory properties. If the preparation is used before hair transplantation, it enhances the effect of the transplant.
  • treatment using an exosome-based preparation: we offer this to patients of both sexes. Exosomes, which play an important role in facilitating communication between cells, have anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties. They also help stimulate hair follicles and promote hair regrowth. Mesotherapy treatments using an exosome preparation may be used to hydrate the skin, accelerate wound healing, and as supportive therapy in the treatment of telogen effluvium and androgenetic hair loss. These procedures strengthen the hair bulbs, support hair growth, and reduce hair loss. They also lead to increased hair thickness and density. Side effects after the treatment are rare.
  • lipotransfer: this is a procedure involving fat transfer – a material rich in stem cells. We perform this treatment in both men and women. During the procedure, we use MICRO&NANOFAT technology, developed by Dr Mario Goisis, a recognised specialist in fat transplantation. The treatment is characterised by simplicity, effectiveness, and safety. The procedure involves harvesting fat from the patient, purifying the material, and administering it to the area requiring treatment. The treatment improves blood supply to the scalp, nourishes the hair, and helps prevent further hair loss. In addition, after lipotransfer, the hair regrows stronger and denser.
