We may not be able to stop time, but we can help your skin radiate with a youthful glow, remain firm, smooth, and full of vitality – regardless of age. Wrinkles, loss of facial contour, and skin laxity are natural processes that modern cosmetology and aesthetic medicine can effectively slow down and even reverse in terms of their visible effects.
At our clinic, we create individual long-term skin stimulation programmes. We do not aim for overdone results – our philosophy is smart-ageing, meaning natural rejuvenation, enhancement of your beauty, and restoration of your skin’s biological density.
Our secret: We stimulate your skin to self-repair – encouraging the cells to produce new collagen and elastin, the natural scaffolding of youthful skin.
Who is this treatment for? (indications)
Our anti-ageing therapies are dedicated to people who notice:
- Dynamic and gravity-related wrinkles (e.g. nasolabial folds, the “frown line”, wrinkles around the eyes).
- Loss of skin firmness and elasticity – the effect of tissue laxity and sagging (so-called “jowls”, loss of facial contour).
- Thin, dehydrated skin with a parchment-like texture.
- Visible signs of photoageing – dull complexion, a tired facial expression, loss of radiance.
- A desire for prevention – you want to start acting before the ageing processes become more advanced (ideal from the age of 25).
Your action plan. Key recommendations before and after the treatment
Spectacular and long-lasting rejuvenation effects depend on proper preparation and post-treatment care.
Before the treatment:
- For 4–5 days before the treatment, avoid taking blood-thinning medications (e.g. aspirin) to minimise the risk of bruising (especially in the case of injectable procedures).
- Do not perform strong mechanical or chemical peels at home for one week before your appointment.
- Make sure your body is well hydrated – drink at least 1.5–2 litres of water on the day of the treatment.
After the treatment (recovery guidelines):
- Intensive hydration and regeneration: Use products rich in ceramides, hyaluronic acid, or peptides, as recommended by your practitioner.
- UV protection is the foundation of anti-ageing: Sun exposure is responsible for 80% of skin ageing processes (photoageing). You should use SPF 50 sunscreen all year round.
- For the first 48 hours, avoid intense exercise, saunas, swimming pools, and hot baths.
- In the case of treatments involving puncturing the skin (e.g. mesotherapy, microneedling mesotherapy), maintain strict hygiene: change your pillowcase to a clean one and avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.
Important: contraindications to anti-ageing treatments
To make the therapy not only effective but, above all, safe, we must rule out the following factors:
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding (for most device-based and injectable procedures).
- Active viral (e.g. herpes), bacterial, or fungal infections in the treatment area.
- Cancer and the period up to 5 years after completion of treatment (approval from the treating physician is required).
- Uncontrolled autoimmune diseases (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, lupus) and diabetes.
- Use of blood-thinning medications or oral retinoid therapy (an appropriate break is required).
- A tendency to develop hypertrophic scars and keloids.
- Recent surgical procedures performed on the face (a recovery period is required).
