What does the process look like? Recommendations before and after the treatment

Before the treatment:
- For 7–10 days before the procedure, you must stop taking medications that affect blood clotting (e.g. aspirin, Acard), after prior consultation with your doctor.
- For at least 5 days before the procedure, do not consume alcohol and avoid smoking tobacco (this affects tissue regeneration).
- Complete the basic laboratory tests recommended during your qualification visit.
After the treatment:
- Compression garment: For the first few days (as instructed by your doctor), you should wear a special elastic band, which supports tissue contraction and minimises swelling.
- For the first 2–3 weeks, avoid intense physical activity, lifting heavy objects, and sports.
- For at least 4 weeks, completely avoid saunas, hot baths, swimming pools, and sun exposure (you must use SPF 50 sunscreen).
- Keep the micro-puncture sites clean – disinfect them according to the post-treatment instructions and do not apply make-up for the first 48–72 hours.

Important: Contraindications to RALF FaceTite treatment
