Synergic effects of combining radiofrequency systems (RF)

Many patients suffering from problems of lower face parts and neck: limp skin, wrinkles, irregular jowl line so called hamsters. Aesthetic medicine is progressing and offers the wide range of innovative solutions. One of discoveries there is radiofrequency treatments combining, which benignly impacts wrinkles reduction, skin elasticity improvement, face contours modelling and additionally fat ablation. This was noticed and described by worldwide known aesthetic medicine experts: dr Jason D. Bloom, MD and dr Garret D. Locketz, MD, in spring issue of PRIME Journal. 


Combining radiofrequency systems

Microneedle radiofrequency (RF) and injectable RF technologies  have recently been introduced to tighten skin by manipulating the skin’s underlying anatomy and physiology. These RF devices produce electrothermal injury to the dermis and subcutaneous tissues, inducing collagen denaturation and remodelling,resulting in skin tightening and rejuvenation. While both technologies have its individual merits, utilizing both systems as combinational therapy produces an unparalleled, multilevel 3-D criss-cross pattern  of thermal injury to the dermis, subcutaneous fat and the fibro-septal tissue network.

RF INFINI® fractional thermolift

In our Clinic, we use RF INFINI® device, which uses 3-dimensional volumising to thicken and firm the skin. RF INFINI® combines the results of micropuncturing, fractional laser and radio waves in one device, but doesn’t overheat the scarfskin. The modern technology and unique procedure used in RF INFINI®, on the one hand ensures maximized comfort, and on the other hand, gives spectacular effects. RF INFINI® consists of 49 insulated gold-coated microneedles, which tips emit radio waves heating the skin precisely on the defined depth, without damaging the surface layers. Each treatment area is stimulated in three different skin depths, which causes dimensional firming and rebuilding of tissues. The radio waves stimulate new collagen creation. The puncutre of the skin is additional impulse itself, stimulating recovery. RF INFINI® can be proceed during the whole year – the sunlight is not contraindication, but after, minimum SPF 30 cream is absolutely necessary.
